Haw Creek is my old neighborhood, and one I know well. We have an especially keen sense of values and market trends there, and can make solid offers, even on larger properties that scare away other investors.
We especially enjoy the hiking trails in the neighborhood, easy access to the Parkway and the friendly feel of the neighborhood. Creekside Taphouse adds a great touch as well, and is our favorite lunch break destination when we’re working on a project there.
